Sadie weighed about the same and was just slightly taller when she was 18 months.
I recently measured Sadie since she just turned four. She has grown a ton in the last year. The last few months I have watched her pants, skirts and shorts get shorter and shorter nearly every time she wore them. She is 39.5 inches tall and she weighs 35 lbs fully clothed (no shoes). (Sawyer's weight right now was in a dry diaper and that is all.) They sure do grow fast. I don't know where the time goes.
Two weeks ago we went to some new cool places. On Monday Alan had to go to Castle Dale for work so the kids and I rode with him. We stopped at the Museum of the San Rafael. Neither Alan nor I have ever seen dinosaur bones (that we remember at least) before. They had a couple of casts of dinos. They also had the head and hind foot of a T-Rex...I don't think they were casts. It was really neat. I couldn't believe how huge that head was. Sadie and Sawyer liked it too. Thursday for preschool we went on a "field trip" to see the pretty fall leaves. (A couple of my friends and I are taking turns teaching preschool to our four-year-olds. All of them have late birthdays and still have two years before kindergarten. It has been fun.) We went on this little hike just up Payson Canyon called the Grotto and at the end there was a pretty little waterfall. It was really pretty. To think we have driven past that trail head dozens of times and never stopped and taken the hike. Hopefully Alan's hips and knees will be better soon so he will be able to hike up it with us soon...even if it is next summer. I think he would like the waterfall.

What a lot of fun. The small field trips can be great. my kids like the pet store a lot, like a mini zoo.
