Sadie's notes

I've debated making this post because I really don't want to embarrass Sadie. I decided to not share all of her notes, only a couple of them.  When Sadie gets upset with me, she writes me a note to let me know exactly how she feels.  I find them on my pillow or at the top of the stairs or where ever she feels I will find it.
I can't even remember what I did to deserve this one; it was several months ago:

"Mom Dad today there was nothing fun not at all. I do not want to do anithing."

And tonight, she didn't want to do her homework which was military spelling or spell your spelling words while doing jumping jacks or jump rope.  I think it is dumb and I would have just let her spell them except she threw a huge fit about it.  She finally got sent to bed while Sawyer and I ate ice cream.

"To: Mom.   Mom I only jump rope silent. I don't like to make a peep. Today everything I did was boring boring boring. I hate what my homework was. When I have ice cream it will probley be boring too."

I left her typos just as she wrote them.  I have some that say, "Dad do not read this" and others tattling on Sawyer. I think it is good that she has found a way to let me know her frustrations, but sometimes I just laugh as I read them.  I sure love the girl and hopefully she won't hate me for posting her notes on the internet.

I think that is great. At least she has an outlet for her emotions, and sometimes we all just need to be heard. ( though I know that you listen no matter what). It is cute that she does it.

That is awesome! I think it's great that she is able to express herself. And I don't think she'll be too upset you posted the notes. I bet she'll be happy later on that you did so she can remember what she use to do.
